Fairness in Computational Services
At WordForge AI, our policy balances customer satisfaction with the irreversible computational costs associated with high-volume, real-time text generation (measured in model usage and tokens). We aim for a clear, fair process for all subscribers.
1. Subscription Cancellation
A. How to Cancel
You may cancel your recurring WordForge AI subscription (monthly or annual) at any time directly through your Account Settings or Billing Dashboard.
B. Effective Date
Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will retain full access to all paid features and any remaining credits until the final day of that paid term. No further charges will be incurred.
2. Refund Policy: Service Fees and Credits
Due to the instant, non-reversible nature of token usage and cloud computing costs, our refund policy is credit-based and time-sensitive.
A. New Customer Assurance (7-Day Full Refund Guarantee)
For all new, first-time paid subscribers:
If you cancel your paid subscription plan within the first seven (7) calendar days of your initial payment AND you have used less than 1,000,000 tokens (or 5% of your lowest-tier plan’s included tokens, whichever is smaller), you are eligible for a full refund of that initial subscription fee.
Request Process: To claim this assurance, you must first cancel your subscription and then email our Billing team at billing@wordforgeai.com with the subject line « 7-Day Refund Request. »
B. Standard Subscription Refunds (After 7 Days)
For all cancellations or plan changes initiated after the initial 7-day period, the following policies apply:
Plan Type Refund Policy
Monthly Plans Non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. Your access and credits continue until the month’s expiration date.
Annual Plans Non-refundable. Fees for annual subscriptions are not refundable. We commit our resources for the full year based on this payment.
Credit Purchases / Top-Ups Final Sale. All purchases of additional tokens, one-time credits, or specialized model access are final and non-refundable. Credits do not expire but cannot be converted back to cash.
C. Refunds for Service Failure
If WordForge AI experiences a complete and documented Service outage (meaning the platform is unusable) lasting longer than 48 continuous hours, customers may be eligible for a pro-rated service credit for the duration of the downtime. Cash refunds are not provided for service outages.
3. Account Termination for Violations
WordForge AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach our Terms of Service, including the Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., generating illegal or harmful content, large-scale scraping, or misuse).
If your account is terminated due to a violation, you will NOT be eligible for any refund of unused subscription time or remaining token credits.
